Every abaya is carefully inspected and elegantly packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Fees

Order Processing & Delivery Hours

  • We process and ship orders 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are usually processed the same day.
  • No same-day or express delivery options are available at this time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid online via our secure payment gateway.

Customs & Duties (for international orders)

For orders outside the UAE, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website.
