Yes, we offer a variety of sizes and lengths. Check the size chart to verify which size fits you best.

What’s the best way to care for my Abaya?

Most Abayas can be hand-washed or dry-cleaned, depending on the material. Care instructions are listed on each product label.


Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UAE.
Shipping to other regions such as GCC countries, Jordan, Egypt, and selected international destinations will be available by the 1st of August 2025.

How long does delivery take?

  • UAE: within 48 hours

What are your shipping fees?

  • UAE: AED 30 (Free shipping for orders above AED 800)

Do you offer same-day or express delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day or express delivery on our website. But you may contact our team to make a special request.

Are customs duties included in the price for international orders?

No, customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email or WhatsApp. Use it to monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

When do you process and ship orders?

We process and ship orders daily, including weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time are usually processed the same day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure gateway.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment information is safe and secure. MISK GROUP FZE LLC is a licensed establishment by the SPC, Sharjah.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid online.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 days, provided they are unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags, and not marked as non-returnable. Review our Return Policy for more details.

Which items are non-returnable?

Final sale or clearance items, Gift cards, worn, damaged, or altered items Customized or made-to-order abayas 

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Contact us at support@misk-boutique.com or WhatsApp +971585994855 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

We will cover the cost of shipping the returned item if the customer received a defective or wrong item. Otherwise, the customer will pay the shipping cost for the returned item. Review our Return Policy for more details.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds to card payments may take between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If already been shipped, it must be returned per the return policy.
