Where do you ship to?

We have worldwide shipping. Our products are shipped from the UAE.

How long does delivery take?

We have two types of delivery: 1. Ready-to-Ship: when a product is ready to ship, and 2. Made-to-Order: when a product needs preparation, customization, or special handling before shipment

Do you offer same-day or express delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day or express delivery on our website. But you may contact our team to make a special request.

Are customs duties included in the price for international orders?

No, customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email or WhatsApp. Use it to monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

When do you process and ship orders?

We process and ship orders daily, including weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time are usually processed the same day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Tabby. All payments are processed through a secure gateway.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. We offer a no-questions-asked return policy, as long as the item meets the return policy conditions.

Final sale or clearance items, Gift cards, worn, damaged, or altered items, and customized abayas

Who pays for return shipping?

We offer FREE return shipping on your first return per order (applies only in the UAE). After your first return request in the same order, standard return shipping fees may apply.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds to card payments may take between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
