At MISK, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Below is a summary of our shipping services, timelines, and fees for domestic, GCC, and international orders.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Shipping to the following regions will be added by the 1st of August 2025 during the soft launch phase:
- Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries
- Internationally to selected countries
Our shipping partners are trusted logistics providers for secure and timely delivery.

* Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible UAE orders.
Order Processing & Delivery Hours
- We process and ship orders 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are usually processed the same day.
- No same-day or express delivery options are available at this time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid online via our secure payment gateway.
Customs & Duties (for international orders)
For orders outside the UAE, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website.
