Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item is not part of a non-returnable category (e.g., Gift Cards).
  • You provide the original proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift Cards
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Customized or made-to-order garments

Replacement Policy

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product sent)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or exchange. To facilitate the process, we may require clear photos of the issue and original packaging.

Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, based on your preference, in the following cases:

  • If the item is returned and approved under the return policy
  • If a replacement is unavailable
  • If the order is cancelled before shipment
Refund Timelines:

Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size selection): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns due to order issues (e.g., defective items or items sent in error): We’ll cover the return shipping costs.
